At Clover Hill State School we believe it is important that we develop a partnership with our families. To support this relationship and welcome new families into our Clover Hill community, we conduct enrolment interviews for all future students; parents/guardians are able to make an appointment for an interview/school tour once the required documentation is completed.
The Enrolment Process
Due to increased student population at Clover Hill State School, The Department of Education has determined that student enrolment be restricted to those students who reside in the catchment area of that school. Follow this link to check whether you reside in the Clover Hill State School catchment.
Enrolment Application and Required Documents
The following documentation is to be completed and submitted to Clover Hill State School in person or via email to admin@cloverhillss.eq.edu.au.
Please ensure the supporting documentation listed below is included with your Enrolment Application.
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Proof of permanent residence within the catchment area (three documents showing current residential address, electricity invoice, rates notice, lease agreement)
- Report cards from the past 2 semesters from current school
- Latest NAPLAN report
The Enrolment Interview
After processing your Enrolment Application, our Enrolment Officer will be in contact with you to arrange an interview time with a Deputy Principal and a school tour.

The Student Resource Scheme
The Student Resource Scheme (SRS) is a user‐charging scheme operated by schools to provide parents with a mechanism to access individual student resources that are not funded by the government.
Parents not participating in the scheme must provide their student with all items that would otherwise be provided by the scheme as detailed in the information provided by the school.
Student Book Packs
We are pleased to advise that we will be using Jaybel Office Choice for the 2027 back to school packs. Jaybel is a 100% Australian family-owned & operated school supplier. We've been working with Jaybel to ensure your child has an easy start to the new year.
We have selected the best products and quantities that we believe will cover your child’s needs for the year.
Please ensure that your child has everything listed on this form to start the 2027 school year.
Placing Orders
Important Delivery Information
- Orders placed before 11 Dec 2026 will receive FREE delivery. Orders placed after this date will incur a delivery fee of $9.95.
- Please note that all orders will incur a packing fee of $2.95 (incl. GST).
- To ensure your packs are delivered prior to school starting, please order before 05 Jan 2027.
- Deliveries will commence on or before 09 Dec 2026. Orders are shipped with Authority to leave and do not require a signature on delivery.
- Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
