At Clover Hill State School we believe it is important that we develop a partnership with our families. To support this relationship and welcome new families into our Clover Hill community, we conduct enrolment interviews for all future students; parents/guardians are able to make an appointment for an interview/school tour once the required documentation is completed.
The Enrolment Process
Due to increased student population at Clover Hill State School, The Department of Education has determined that student enrolment be restricted to those students who reside in the catchment area of that school. Enrolment Application and Required Documents
The following documentation is to be completed and submitted to Clover Hill State School in person or via email to enrolments@cloverhillss.eq.edu.au.
Please ensure the supporting documentation listed below is included with your Enrolment Application.
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Proof of permanent residence within the catchment area (three documents showing current residential address, electricity invoice, rates notice, lease agreement)
- Report cards from the past 2 semesters from current school
- Latest NAPLAN report
The Enrolment Interview
After processing your Enrolment Application, our Enrolment Officer will be in contact with you to arrange an interview time with a Deputy Principal and a school tour.

The Student Resource Scheme
The Student Resource Scheme (SRS) is a user‐charging scheme operated by schools to provide parents with a mechanism to access individual student resources that are not funded by the government.
Parents not participating in the scheme must provide their student with all items that would otherwise be provided by the scheme as detailed in the information provided by the school.

Deadlines and Delivery Information
Your order will be delivered to your nominated address or click and collect from our Burleigh Heads Store.
Free delivery for orders placed prior to 9 December 2024
You may incur Delivery cost of $9.95 for orders placed after this date.
For any orders placed after 9 January 2025 please note that we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Term 1 starting.
An email will be sent the day prior to delivery please advise if you have a preferred location to leave your booklist.
