Enrolling at our school

Thank you for considering Clover Hill State School for your child’s education.

At Clover Hill State School we believe it is important that we develop a partnership with our families. To support this relationship and welcome new families into our Clover Hill community, we conduct enrolment interviews for all future students; parents/guardians are able to make an appointment for an interview/school tour once the required documentation is completed.

The Enrolment Process​

Due to increased student population at Clover Hill State School, The Department of Education has determined that student enrolment be restricted to those students who reside in the catchment area of that school.  Follow this link to check whether you reside in the

Enrolment Application and Required Documents

The following documentation is to be completed and submitted to Clover Hill State School in person or via email to

Please ensure the supporting documentation listed below is included with your Enrolment Application.

  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Proof of permanent residence within the catchment area (three documents showing current residential address, electricity invoice, rates notice, lease agreement)
  • A recent school report card
  • Latest NAPLAN report

The Enrolment Interview

After processing your Enrolment Application, our Parent Liaison Officer will be in contact with you to arrange an interview time with a Deputy Principal and a school tour.
